I highly recommend Southpoint Kitchen and bath. Specifically working with professionals like Ismail and Yasin made it so much easier. They are both kind and understanding. We scheduled Yasin to come to our home to measure and listened to what we had planned for our kitchen. He also had a vision and gave us ideas. He then scheduled us to come in to his store. Once we arrived we then worked with Ismail to look at all the cabinet materials then to create a virtual design on his computer. He kindly showed us the prices within our budget. Throughout the process they were easy to communicate via email or phone call. Yasin even went above and beyond to dropped off materials to our home himself. We contracted with Southpoint Kitchen and Bath to complete a kitchen renovation in early January 2024, The planning, with Ismail, was absolutely flawless - he has an amazing eye for detail and shares his thoughts and visions with you. The actual renovation team, supervised by Yasin, was extraordinary - they cleaned up every day during construction and willingly made adjustments to the original plan without attempting to increase the price. There were no corners cut and the final product is beautiful - and the cost was very, very fair. I cannot thank Ismail and Yasin enough for their professionalism, which was also demonstrated by the employees who did the work.

Working with the team at Southpoint Kitchen and Bath was incredibly easy. They installed new countertops for our kitchen and I cannot say enough good things about them. Yasin and his team of professionals went above and beyond to replace our kitchen countertops during a critical time. We purchased a stove from Lowe’s and their installer damaged our countertop right before Thanksgiving. The owner quickly rescued our Thanksgiving by helping us select a countertop that we immediately fell in love with then had it installed within the same week! They came out on a Sunday. The installation team was very professional and experienced and we are extremely pleased.

******Six month update******Six months after our remodel, and the cabinets and counters look great! I had to reach out to Yesin for more toe kicks (we are slowly doing finish work) and he was very responsive.After my first review, we also had Yesin's team lay tile floor in our kitchen. The floors were uneven and his team leveled the floor and did a fantastic job laying the tile. This was an unexpected add-on to the job, and Yesin went above and beyond to fit the job into his schedule. We were so impressed with the fast, clean work and our floors are perfect six months later!*****Original Review*****Yesin and his team are professional, very experienced, and extremely responsive. From the start, Yesin helped me work within my budget, while giving realistic and helpful guidance based on his experience. The cabinet installation team was very professional and so fast! We had our install complete in just a couple days and we're amazed at the cabinet quality, which easily outshines and outperforms what the big box stores sell. They also came in under the price for local kitchen companies (and RTA) as well. The countertops are absolutely beautiful and the installation process went so well. Southpoint is a small local business and a truly superb one on all counts. If you’ve ever felt overcharged by contractors that ignore you and gave you subpar work, you’ll be amazed at the experience you’ll have here. They are not the cheapest option out there but the difference shows in the quality of the work—the labor, the attention to detail, the top notch customer service, and the quick turn around time. They are prepared for any and all construction/design eventualities. Southpoint transformed our kitchen into the centerpiece of our home. We couldn’t be happier, and are already in talks to have them renovate other parts of our home. Their tile, electrician, plumber, carpenter, and other contractors are all highly professional, so much so that we trusted them in our home at all times, even while at work. Southpoint K&B just finished installing our new shower yesterday. We went into their showroom, talked to the owner, Yasen, he came out and looked at our project and we were sold! He is a professional contractor, it was obvious he knows the business. He gave us advice, recommendations and was very easy to work with. I even asked him about our shower in the other bath, and he said it is in good shape, and he saw no reason to replace it. (WOW - someone that is honest and not trying to "sell" more!) We were impressed! His crew was fantastic to work with, friendly and knew what to do. They removed the 41 year-old tub enclosure and replaced it with a beautiful tiled shower, with seat and glass doors. We love it! We recommend Southpoint to everyone! My wife and I recently contracted SouthPoint Kitchen & Bath to retile and refurbish our Master Bathroom (floor and shower). From the initial assessment and throughout the service timeline, Mr. Yasin Yengin and his construction workers were true professionals.We were totally pleased with Yasin’s honesty during the initial assessment, as he pointed out high risk factors that would have increased cost to our overall project. By doing this, he helped us make wise decisions that we would have obviously missed due to our lack of experience and knowledge with flooring. Out of the three quotes received, South Point Kitchen & Bath provided the best reasonable cost estimate to meet our contract needs.Upon establishing the contract, Yasin discussed our project timeline as to when the materials would arrive and services to start. The materials and supplies used on the project were of the highest quality and completely satisfactory.Their project timelines were met without interference or disruption. Whenever a date & time were set for services to start and end, the crew was prompt and ready to begin work. When workers were unable to make scheduled times, Yasin notified us well in advance and provided an update. This was very helpful, as my wife I have very business schedules. From the time the contract was established, the project was initiated nearly a week thereafter. So happy I went with SouthPoint Kitchen and Bath for two full bathroom renovations. Yasin came out and measured both bathrooms and later that day I was in the showroom picking out products. Work began 2 weeks later... all in all, the work took about 3 weeks. The crew showed up on time every day and the level of care and detail they put in exceeded my expectations. Needing new flooring for our kitchen and living room, we ultimately decided to renovate our out dated kitchen as well. We received multiple quotes for the project and Southpoint Kitchen was the most reasonably priced. We were also able to add on a couple of additional jobs (half bath remodel and guest bath flooring) at very fair prices.The products were all high quality (soft close cabinets, quartz countertops, 12 millimeter luxury vinyl plank flooring). The living space looks great!The owner, Yasin is great at proactively communicating through out the process. Remodeling always has unexpected surprises, mostly from the existing space. For example we had uneven flooring that needed 1/8” sub floor, and our house was out of level necessitating some drywall work. Yasin was very effective in setting these expectations ahead of time and charging very reasonable costs for the additional materials and labor.Another positive feedback is that he was conscientious about us not being without a kitchen for a long period of time. Prior to tearing out the existing kitchen, he had the new cabinets on hand and inspected to ensure he had everything he needed. The total time from old kitchen tear out to everything installed was roughly 10 days.My ultimate praise is that Yasin’s motto is to not cut corners. He made sure all the work was done correctly and to our satisfaction.

The best thing that happened is we found Southpoint Kitchen and Bath when we were at Lowes parking lot. We contacted 2 other places to do our kitchen before we discovered Southpoint Kitchen. Right from the start, the other two local places did not return calls. One came out and didn't follow up as she said she would AND both said they were backed up until Nov. We were feeling frustrated already ...luckily we were at Lowes and noticed Southpoint Kitchen store. I called that same day and Yasin returned my within minutes. we had appointment set and we had a completion date in August. Which he met...WOW!.Yasin and his wife were wonderful to work with Yasin returned calls immediately. showed up on time for appointments. we are so glad that we didn't go with any other than Yasin. I also got to say that Yasin is a very patient person. I was having a hard time deciding on countertop that we ended up meeting him at a store in northern va. This way, I was able to see more of the counter top helping me to be more confident in my decision.In addition, The contractors that he works with were awesome. Theyworked very hard all day with few short breaks for lunch. It was extremely hot but they kept at it.Overall, our experience was great !! We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

My husband and I found Southpoint Kitchen and Bath on the internet. We decided to see if they could help us out with a bathroom remodel. When we got to the store we were met by Yasin. We went over our particular needs for a remodel and he was very helpful and very knowledgeable regarding the best approach and steps needed to accomplish this remodel. Due to his friendliness and knowledge, we decided to go with his company for the job. Within a few weeks his crew came out and did a fantastic job on our bathroom. We had an old shower/tub combo taken out and a new one installed. We also had a bathroom cabinet and sink installed as well. They did a fantastic job and we are extremely pleased with the quality of work done. We will be using them once again in the summer to remodel the master bathroom. They are highly recommended.

Amazing, high quality work at an unbelievable price! We had them replace our granite countertops with quartz and also bought a sink from them. My first step was to request quotes from lots of different companies. They gave us the best initial price. I then visited the shop to look at samples and chose a quartz called soapstone, which is a dark grey with nice white veining. Their store isn't the fanciest or biggest of stores, but a pleasant experience. Then Yasin came out to take measurements. He noticed imperfections in our existing countertop that I've never noticed.After placing the order, they were super flexible with install date and even were willing to come on a weekend. We ended up doing the work on a Sunday. Two strong guys arrived and this was when I really noticed the difference. First of all, they were super careful with moving everything. Then they brought the first slab in - they replaced what used to be 2 pieces along the long sink counter turning around in an L shape to butt up to the stove with a SINGLE HUGE L-shaped slab!! I am experienced enough to know that few places would do this. It's extremely risky to manufacture and install such a single piece, but they did it which gives a HUGE wow factor with the long veins running down the entire length and around the corner.Second, they used equipment i haven't seen used before to join and perfect the seams. These guys really are perfectionists. Thirdly, for the one place they had to make a seam, they perfectly lined up the one vein that dead-ended on the cut edge so it all looks continuous and spent a fair bit of time sanding the glue to make sure that it's seamless to the touch. I can't say enough wonderful things about their work. We are going to hire them to redo our kitchen in our other house.

Our house is 20 years old. We have done most of the remodeling, but needed a professional remodeler for our master bath. It was in dire need of updating. Southpoint Kitchen and Bath gutted the entire bathroom including the huge garden tub and shower. In 2 weeks, our bathroom was transformed to a spacious, modern space of tranquility. We now have a stand alone tub with a full frontal walk in shower. The vanity, tile work and knee wall are breathtaking.
